KOKIRAS

Rooms

Inside Room

A private room within a shared property or home. Sometimes referred to as being part of a commune. Access to communal areas such as the kitchen and bathroom. Ideal for single occupants or students or as a short-stay option.

Outside Room

A private room, not sharing a building. May include a private bathroom, which is outside of the room. Sometimes referred to as “Backrooms” “Maids Quarters” Suitable for individuals seeking more privacy, at an affordable fee.

  • Simplex:

    A single-storey or single level townhouse. A townhouse that shares atleast one wall with another unit. Commonly has a private garden. Do not assume that it is pet friendly. Offers easy access and convenience. Offers the feel of a freestanding home with some shared structure. Great individuals or families who love the outdoors.

  • Duplex:

    A two-storey townhouse. Living areas tycically on the ground floor with bedrooms upstairs. Commonly has a courtyard and a private garden. Do not assume that it is pet friendly. Ideal for families needing private spaces within a home.

  • Stacker:

    A flat or townhouse complex, built with multiple floors. Typically no private garden spaces, if so, the occupant upstairs can see you in your garden Suitable for urban living with a modern layout. Balances privacy and community living.

  • Semi-Attached:

    A townhouse that shares one wall with another unit. Offers the feel of a freestanding home with some shared structure. Balances privacy and community living.
